Cordoba
Spectacular monastery in the heart of Cordoba. A property full of treasures, with beautiful tiled patios, inner courtyards, antique wooden doors, and an opulent chapel. This monumental building has permission to be converted into a 4-star hotel with 63 rooms, or a 5-star hotel with 60 rooms. For the renovation, various quotes have been obtained considering the monumental status, and permits with certificates from various authorities are available for each individual aspect. The renovation is estimated to cost 3.5 million, and the asking price is 8 million. The region around Seville has been designated by the EU as an innovation hub BAUHAUS 2.0, where companies and startups involved in innovative techniques for fashion and architecture are expected to be established.
Hotel Resort Balearic Islands, Menorca
The hotel is built in traditional Ibicenco style, with plastered houses, rounded corners, and wood. Very charming. Two floors per house with a total of 156 hotel apartments. The complex is located directly by the sea and beach and has permission to build a marina. The island no longer issues permits for resorts or marinas, which will significantly increase the value of this resort. The hotel operated until 2017, when it closed due to the owner's illness. During that time, plans were developed for a refurbishment and upgrade from 3 to 4 stars. Then the pandemic hit, and the owner has since passed away.
